Report Abstract
Due to diversified materials, complex structures and various welding positions, the popularization rate of welding automation remains relatively low in industries including shipbuilding and offshore engineering, which still relies heavily on traditional manual welding. With accelerated industrialization and expanding infrastructure construction, market demand for welders keeps rising. Nevertheless, the industry has long been plagued by a shortage of core skilled practitioners.
Manual welding is a highly skill-intensive profession requiring extensive practice and accumulated working experience. The Velo system lowers the technical threshold for welders operating manual MIG/MAG welding, alleviates physical fatigue of welders, achieves high welding speed, enables easy operation and produces exquisite weld bead formation.
DynamicWire dynamic wire feeding technology greatly reduces the operational skill requirements for TIG welding. Ordinary welders can master core TIG welding skills in a short period of time with simple training.
WeldCube Navigator remarkably shortens the training and adaptation period for new welders, saving time, cost and resource consumption. Furthermore, it pioneers data management and process control in manual welding.
During the conference, our team looks forward to in-depth exchanges with you to jointly promote the digital, intelligent and high-efficiency development of welding manufacturing in the shipbuilding and offshore engineering industry.
Let’s get connected!
