On June 23, Cowin Welding successfully hosted its 30th anniversary all-staff conference at its headquarters under the theme Thirty Years of Growth, A New Journey Ahead. Bringing together all employees, the event marked the company’s 30-year milestone by reviewing its decades of industry dedication and opening a new chapter of growth.

Chairman Simon So delivered a keynote speech at the opening. He traced the company’s founding vision, reviewed its steady 30-year progress and key achievements in technological upgrading, market expansion and team building, and extended sincere thanks to all staff for their continuous support. He also laid out clear development strategies and targets for the next phase, guiding the team’s future work.

During the conference, Chairman Simon So and Vice Chairperson Debbie So presented commemorative gold gifts to Liu Cheng’an, a representative of employees with 30 years of service, to recognize his remarkable contributions and convey the company’s respect for long-serving staff.

The event also featured an employee sharing session and talent showcase, where staff representatives shared their career experiences and growth insights. Their personal stories mirrored the company’s 30-year development and highlighted the corporate culture of mutual growth between the company and its employees.

General Manager Kwok delivered the closing remarks.
